Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sashawynter8@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the damaged item or provide a refund if appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Delayed shipments caused by carriers
